Official Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

Animal’s Excursions – Premium Limited-Seat Experience

 

To ensure the smooth operation of our services and the highest quality experience for all guests, the following booking and cancellation policies apply to all reservations.

 

 

1. Deposit & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking.

• This deposit will be deducted from the total excursion cost on the day of travel.

• Full payment is to be made on the bus at pick-up, at the beginning of the excursion.

 

 

2. Booking Confirmation Requirement

• All guests must confirm their booking 48 hours prior to departure.

• Bookings not confirmed within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled without further notice.

 

 

3. Seat Allocation & Insurance Requirements

• This is the only event of its kind in the region, and seats are extremely limited and highly sought-after.

• Guests will receive exact seat numbers for the day of the excursion.

• This is essential for:

• Insurance purposes

• Ensuring families and groups can sit together

• Preventing seating disputes and avoiding “sunbed-style” situations

 

 

4. Pick-Up Instructions

• Please carefully check your voucher for:

• Your pick-up time

• Your pick-up location

• Guests must be at the designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

• Failure to be present may result in missing the excursion with no refund of the deposit.

 

 

5. What to Bring

• Guests are responsible for reviewing the “What to Bring” section on their voucher or booking confirmation to ensure they are fully prepared for the excursion.

 

 

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

6.1 Rescheduling by Animal’s Excursions

• In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as:

• Weather conditions

• Operational or supplier-related adjustments

• We reserve the right to reschedule your excursion.

• Guests will receive a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of any changes.

 

6.2 Cancellation by Animal’s Excursions

• If the excursion is fully cancelled by Animal’s Excursions, guests will receive a full refund of the £10 per person deposit, returned in the same method originally paid.

 

6.3 Cancellation by Guest

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the excursion is cancelled by Animal’s Excursions.

 

 

7. Valuable & Limited Seats

• Our open-top double-decker experience is unique in the region, and seat availability is extremely limited.

• We kindly ask all guests to respect the booking, confirmation, and attendance requirements to avoid disappointment for others.
