🟢 Balance Payment
    •    Preferred: Cash on the day (£ / € / ₺ accepted).
    •    💳 Cards Accepted – but:
    •    Some UK card holders have experienced extra fees from their banks (not from us).
    •    We use Google’s live exchange rate at the moment of payment – no added fees from our side.
    •    Tip: If you don’t have a travel-friendly card (Monzo, Revolut, Wise), cash avoids surprises.

📌 Deposit Policy
    •    All deposits are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellation Policy
    •    Cancelling less than 24 hours before departure = 50% of excursion price due via PayPal to the excursion provider.

⚡ Zip Line – Optional Extra

Our safari is fully inclusive, but the zip line is the only activity not included in the price.

Why?
    •    We can’t know in advance if you’ll want to do it (just like we can’t know if you like ice in your drink).
    •    There are weight restrictions for safety:
    •    Minimum: 15 kg
    •    Maximum: 125 kg

💷 Cost: £10 per person – paid directly to the activities centre on the day.

🎒 What to Bring
    •    👕 Spare Clothes – Highly recommended, especially early or late in the season.
    •    🧺 Towel – For drying off after water activities.
    •    👟 Sturdy Shoes – Sliders & flip-flops are not recommended.
    •    Rental or purchase available on the day if needed.
    •    Pro Tip: Crocs in “sports mode” work surprisingly well!
    •    💵 Cash or Credit Card – For drinks and personal extras (Pringles, custom t-shirts, dry bags, etc.).

A VEHICLE EXCLUSIVE TO US THAT FOLLOWS US ALL DAY TO EVERY STOP, WHERE YOU WILL ABLE TO BUY REASONABLY PRICED DRINKS, BEER, WINE & SOFT DRINKS, ALSO SNACKS, SWEETS ETC. 
IT ALSO HAS A FULLY FLUSHNG TOILET AND WASH BASIN AT THE BACK. THIS HAS PROVED VERY POPULAR WITH ALL OUR GUESTS
